1. Return Eligibility
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, undamaged, and the original packaging is intact;
The product is a standard style (not applicable to any customized products, although we do not currently provide customization services);
Provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable situations
Returns are not supported in the following situations:
The product has been used, washed, or has obvious wear and tear;
Exceeded the 30-day return period;
Damage caused by customer error or improper storage;
Return request is made for personal reasons (such as “change of mind”) but the product has obviously affected secondary sales.
3. Damaged or wrong goods
If the goods you received have the following problems, we will provide free replacement or refund:
Damaged during transportation (please provide photos within 48 hours after signing for them);
Wrong model, color or quantity sent;
The goods have serious manufacturing defects.
Please contact us by email within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and attach clear pictures and order numbers.
4. Return process
Contact us (routeunityon@freshguardglass.com) to explain the reason for the return;
After review and confirmation, we will send return instructions and return address;
The customer will send the goods back after safe packaging;
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will complete the refund within 5 working days, and the money will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Return shipping instructions
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong delivery, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs;
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong order, etc.), the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer;
Please be sure to use a trackable courier service to return the goods to prevent the package from being lost.
6. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are confirmed to be correct;
Original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded for returns without quality issues;
